• Reserved appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please contact me at any time, even on public holidays.
• In case of last-minute cancellation, I have to charge 100% of the treatment price. Thank you for your understanding.
• Fees for treatments (including subscriptions) cannot be refunded.
• A refund of products is possible if you return them within 48 hours with the packaging unopened.
