Appointment Cancellations

  • Reserved appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact me anytime, including on public holidays.
  • If you cancel an appointment on shorter notice, I have to charge a 100% fee of the treatment price. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

  • Fees for treatments (including subscriptions) cannot be refunded.
  • A refund of products is possible if you return them within 72 hours with unopened packaging.
